Hey guys,
So... I've created a custom NPC, like I've often done already. However, this time I gave this NPC slightly more powerful spells. I spawned the NPC in a savegame where my character is level 81 and the NPC scales with level * 2, so he was at 162. His health/magicka/stamina changed accordingly, but he cannot use the more powerful spells, because his destruction is somehow stuck at level 17? Even while his main combat stuff is set to Warlock and when I check inthe CK, in level 81 (my characters level), he should already have a 100 destruction skill easily. Let alone level 162. Still, in-game it's only 17...
How do I get the destruction skill to level with the player, just like the magicka/stamina/health? It's strange that it doesn't do this. When I set it to 100 in-game, he used the new spells no problem.
