I am stuck at the quest "The way of the force"
I am supposed to destroy targets with my unrelenting force shout. Bad thing is there are no targets, the monchs are standing around, no voids, no targets. I turned restarted the game, traveled back and forth, I tried yelling in all kinds of directions, tried the hint with the item menu and equipped something what didn't help at all.
This is the main quest so it really bothers me that I can not keep playing.

There is a second quest I can't finish it's call "proving honor". It tells me to return to Jorrvaskr but when I am there nothing happens. Since this was just a side quest it didn't really bother me until now.
I've been playing for a few days now and everyday my Xbox freezes so I have to turn it off without saving. I've never had this problem with other games before.

Open the inventory and close it again didn't work for you?

Then clear your XBOX 360 cache files, and try again.!
