Hey. I have an interesting issue with my 360 controller. I'm using an official wireless Xbox 360 controller. I've been playing Skyrim with it for months, but one day it inexplicably stopped working. I've tried disabling/reenabling it in-game, and in SkyrimPrefs.ini. I've also tried third party tools like x360ce. No dice. The controller works flawlessly on multiple computers with multiple games (Including TES4, Fallout 3/NV/4, and others.) Only Skyrim gives me this issue. I have no other problems, and the game functions fine with the keyboard, but I prefer it with the controller. Any ideas?

game has problems with wireless controllers there are many threads here mentioning it. i would suggest you to switch to wired controller.

I tried my wired controller and that also didn't work.

It did work on other games as well, however.

It's only Skyrim having this problem.

The last time I updated my drivers and mods and...all that stuff... all in the same time. I had to delete all the 360 controller items ( files)... then re-install them all....from scratch.

Mind providing a process for that? We'll see if that works.
