So I recently installed Skyrim, and got about 14 hours of gametime from it. After suffering through Diplomatic Immunity (with no console commands), I tried to tuen in the quest, but instead of having the dialogue box open, all the NPC did was stare at me and say something generic. After talking to Bethesda support, I completely reset the game (deleted all local content and steam content including the save file) but nothing really changed. When I start up the game, all that happens is I sit in a carriage that has an endless moving animation with some creepy NPCs that stare at me until I close the game. Anyone have an idea on how to get out of this situation? Bethesda literally told me to stop sending them things on it and go to the forums, so they're no help.
