In one of the loading screens I saw a really awesome looking Raider, it seemed to have some kind of raider trench coat and what looked like a custom raider Assault gas mask, does anyone have any clues if these are in the game or how to get them please?

I think that was the Spike Armor suit. And they are in there, raider armor at upper levels and for higher-skilled Raiders if I recall properly. It's also a full-body suit of armor, just so you know.
