My only real question is whether or not it will fix http://www.gamespot.com/articles/fallout-4-game-breaking-bug-discovered/1100-6432308/.

So do I as I currently cannot progress the main story or any of the factions besides the minutemen!

I have read that some beta users are reporting that they can enter the area now so while Bethesda hasn't specifically tackled this issue I think the general improvements they have made should hopefully fix it.

I have no problem with that place. I am more concerned when they are going to make optimization for indoor enviroments. My frames plummets whenever I am inside of a building. From "steady" 40-50 frames outdoors, I can plummet down to 15-25 at some places. A place like Medford Memorial Hospital I went as low as 10-15 frames, at which point it becomes unplayable because aiming is not possible. Indoor frames average some 25 frames with dips here and there. I can play other GPU intensive games just fine, just, not FO4 and its aging engine....
