I've only had 2 crashes to the desktop so far. It's the most trouble free I've ever seen in a Bethesda game. I did have a glitch in the beginning of the game with the front door not opening (so couldn't get out of my house) but that's still not bad.

I do have occasional weirdness like the Brahmin on the roof or Piper or Dogmeat on the roof etc. And Piper has a positive knack for getting in the way. But I'm pretty amazed so far and I'm gaining on level 30.
