Nothing works! i have constructed all components and properly powered them with more than the necessary 27, all wired to a central pole. Quest objectives do not show as fulfilled, talking to highlighted quest folks does nothing, most wont even talk to me. It wont even let me store the items and replace them.

This makes me rage like an Alpha Deathclaw!
