When big glitchies start to appear it's best to make a save, shut down the game and then restart.. see if they get fixed. If they don't, go back to a previous save. I find it best to not continue on whenever I see glitches like this because who knows what things could be affected if you do. Most of the time it seems to do these types of things after I've been playing awhile. I just decide that my machine needs a bit of a break. It's getting tired and having brain farts or something. "What am I supposed to be rendering?".. "I don't even know where you are man." " Which direction are you even facing?" "quit moving around and let me get my bearings" "I'm so tired.. can't we just rest a bit?"
