i know theres a perk that shows this but wondered instead of wasting a perk if there was a page or guide showing what each type of baddy is immune to and what there weak to or just what there weak to is fine

As far as i know, no. But in general robots resist energy, mutants are immune or healed by radiation, and the rest have mostly ballistic resistance.

what are each creature week too

There's a perception perk that tells you in VATS. I forget the name, but it's level 2 or 3 down the list.
