Having troubles in the mission "Reunions" at Fort Hagen

After entering Fort Hagen and working my way to Kellogg, I've found that Nick Valentine is now hostile towards me

The first time I tried to kill Kellogg I think I accidently friendly fired on Nick Valentine and it said "Nick Valentine hated that"

So I loaded the game and did it again, after killing Kellogg Nick Valentine tells me to find as much information as possible, but as soon as I use the terminal and then exit it Nick turns hostile!

I've tried doing this scene again and dismissing Nick, but as soon as I tell him where to go it says "Nick hated that" and he starts shooting at me again.

I've tried loading even early in parts at Fort Hagan to see if I can just dismiss him and do the mission without him but again it say "Nick hated that" and he shoots.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Can Bethesda please do a bug fix on this problem?
