I was in build mode put up lights when all of a sudden the settlers started to attack me I didn't even pull out my weapon when Piper started to attack me also has this happen to anyone esle?

In a way yes, fast traveled and next thing I know my companion is attacking me and raiders keep spawning in. thank god I saved before the glitch happened.

I just let the settlers and my companion kill me then when it loaded up the last save I went back to putting up lights and they didn't attack me that time
