I have looked up the notes that was the beta version and and wish there was more fixes......but for the life of me I can't figure out if the patch is still in beta or live yet.

Is there a way to tell if I have the patch or not? Is it still in beta? How would I know? In case its asked I have my steam setting to opt out of beta patch.

The patch is not live yet. If you want to know how I know that: I checked steams download section.

It's under the Beta part in your steam library, check there and you can get it, unless, of course, if you have opted out

its not live yet, and iirc this first beta patch is mostly some kind of test for bethesda to roll out patches faster and more effectively. which is great because it means they are finally acknowledging that in the past their patches have made new and worse bugs, a few of which stay unpatched.
