Basic F4 Resource Economy Tweaks

So I am thinking about how I would modify the resource value of various armor, weapons, and junk in the game to achieve certain goals without breaking the resource economy of the game by making it so easy to accumilate resource that the need to scavenge is eliminated. Of course we could just add an easy max resource mod and that would be that, but it would break the back of one of the more enjoyable aspects of the game, exploring to find various components for your next great build! I love the hunt, and by all means want to see it preserved!

That being said, I do think there could be some modifications to the component values of various items so to make collecting of basic building resources, namely wood, steel, and to a lesser extent cement and cloth. Perhaps also a small boost to uncommon resources like copper, oil, and curcitry.

First, I think the armor and clothing in the game need way higher resource values. A leather chestpiece should net you (5) leather and (2) steel. Whereas a Steel chestpiece could net you (5) steel and (2) leather. Clothing items need to be scrappable and have at least cloth value of 3 and 1 other resource depending on the uniform for the sake of adding diversity.

Would like to see heavier items have a higher value in common and uncommon resources. For instance, the estinguisher should have (10) steel. Brooms and shovels (5) wood. Canisters and oil cans have (3) oil. Buff some circuitry and copper resource values as well.

Also, increase and diversify the amount of resource shipments available at venders.

The goal is to allow players to build bigger sooner without spending 100 hours trying to enough resources to build mammoth settlements and without ruining the experience of scavenging altogether or the resource economy currently in the game.
