As this is one of the issues mentioned in the latest patch note I thought I'd mention it.

I was doing The Big Dig quest and I got stuck behind one of the terminals (after using it) a few rooms before the end of the dungeon. I also became stuck after resting on a barstool in Diamond City's noodle stand.
