Is there a reliable mod installer out there for F4 yet, or should I just go manually?

I install all mods for Bethesda games manually/.

But I think the real question should be: "Are there any reliable mods for F4 out there yet?" As far as I'm concerned, until we have the GECK all mods except for texture replacers should be considered potentially unreliable.

Nexus Mod Manager is currently working with FO4, no problems. Really no need to do it manually TBH. Some mods might be only installed manually though.
