Does anyone know the formula to a successful intimidation?

It seems like the most finicky still possible it works sometimes doesn't earlier and it's a total hit or miss.

I know it takes into account level and black widow/ladykiller perk. I'm not sure what else is in the formula I've been trying to figure it out.

My formula is:
10 Charisma + 10 Luck = Win
Never failed a speech check since

Just do a quicksave before attempting to intimidate anyone and reload the save if you fail. :disguise:

I'm not sure it comes up in the formula when I tested it with 11 charisma vs 16 charisma success rates that seemed similar, but I'm also not sure if it's just based on level and black widow/ladykiller and nothing else.

I know we'll at least have the actual formula when the kit comes out.

The wiki says at lvl 2 intimidation you can incite them to attack. Does that mean you can incite non-hostiles to attack you thereby removing the murder element? Does it mean you can incite enemies already passified to attack again? Which seems rather redundant. Does it mean you can incite an NPC to attack another NPC?

Also, the wiki says you can give commands to pacified enemies at lvl 3 intimidation. What commands can you give?

I am still lvl 19 so lvl 2 and 3 intimidation are still unavailable to me.

Thank you. Was your answer in response to my question about lvl 2 or lvl 3 intimidation?

Oh sweet! Will they follow you till you dismiss them or do they stay in their spawned area?
