Also note that the release date on their website is incorrect. The devs have not yet confirmed a release date.

The online vendors tend to be better about preorder codes than going to a storefront where you have more human error, but buying it at the store will let you have the game the moment it comes out, rather than having to wait for it to ship.

When you pre-order online the game gets shipped a few days before release so it gets to you on release day or even sooner. If you go to the likes of GameStop, theres a chance you won't get your pre-order bonus because as Shadowcat said, more human error. Buying online is your best bet.

EDIT: For those of us in the UK, no pre-order packs have been anounced, at least to my knowledge.

I guess I figured it was the other way round. When getting something online and the Pre-order pack Isn't with it, then it would be harder to get one from the online store. But from an actual store, you walk in get it and if the pre-order pack isn't on it (Here they just have It on top, not hidden in anyway) You can ask for it then and there.

Indeed there are no official EU preorder-packs announced yet.

Ok so It will be the first time i pre order some thing from amazon so here are some of my questions. Please if you can put more info below if you can.

1.What happens if I move an have the game already fully paid off?

2.Does release date delivery cost any extra?

3.How does the $10 game credit work?

Well, I can answer No. 3

3: Next time you buy a game, and proceed to checkout, you can choose to use the 10 dollar discount voucher, then it will remove 10 dollars from the game you're buying.

That's what it says on the website too, yeah?

1. I'm not really sure on this one. When you place your order you have to give a address. They don't charge you until your order ships* and before then you can cancel at anytime. You may also be able to change the address you want it to ship to before it ships. Just go to "My account" -> "Your orders" It should be there.
2. I'm fairly certain if you pre-order a game amazon delivers it on release day at no extra charge. Though, I'm not entirely 100% certain on that.
3. *However, if your game has a "credit" they will sometimes charge you whatever the credit is or they won't send that code until it ships. That way people can't pre-order, get the credit then cancel and still have the credit. So for instance. You pre-order Brink, they charge you $10 up front of the $60 for the game so if you cancel you technical just bought the $10 credit. If you do not cancel the order then when it ships they will charge the rest, $50 and whatever your shipping is.

Thats what customer service is for, its not hard for them to email the pre-order code.

Should do, all pre order pack codes I have used are out in using the redeem code. Also if you accidently delete the Pre-order pack, there is a way too re-download it (The code wont work twice tho)

For anyone who wants to know how to do that it's quite easy. This is how you do it for X-box 360.

First sign into X-box live, then under the My Xbox channel go to the tab that has your gamertag, gamerscore, and avatar. Press A. You should then see a tab that says Account Management. Go select that, then select Manage Account, Download History, select whatever you want to re-download and then select Download Again. Voila! It's as east as that.

Hey does anybody know if Amazon.ca (Canada) also gets the psycho pack? When I was looking to pre-order I couldn't find any link like the one on Amazon.com.

You can most likely get it before release from Amazon. It happens a lot when the game has to be mailed.
