When I enter my PIP Boy and go to "workshops", sometimes, and at random also, it will display the exclamation mark next to the settlements name, but when I highlight that settlement and its list of resources (food,water,defense etc) there is never an exclamation mark next to any of these indicating that I need to fulfill something?

Its like its saying the settlement needs attention but then doesn't tell me what it actually needs lmao

I guess the logic is whatever it is -- whether it's a shortage, an attack -- you'll have to go there to solve it..

I do.........Settlers don't even say anything to me either.
