So I've played about 82 hours of Fallout so far and I've been heavily working on my settlements and the problem I'm getting is game breaking at this point.

When ever I go near 2 of my settlements (Abernathy Farm and the Coop) my game crashes to Desktop and I have no idea why.

No I have mods running like Ssix to add more settlement items and I have tried turning these sort of mods on and off to try and fix the issue but nothing has happened. I have also verified the integrity of my game on steam and still nothing so..

I was curious anyone else getting this problem or just me?

Ps. Its more than annoying at this point..
