Anyone tested Isodoped and Ghoulish perks together?

Just wondering how these perks work together since ive never actually had Ghoulish.

Isodoped (Hancocks companion perk) requires that you have 250+ rads to have a 25% increased crit, but Ghoulish gives you the ability for radiation to heal you.

So what it seems like to me is that Isodoped would be worthless since you cant get rads.. has anyone actually tested this?

I used the ghoulish perk. it heals you but you still accumulate radiation. I thought it would heal me without the red bar growing larger but that isn't the case. However, Solar Powered (with sunlight healing radiation perk) + max life giver + ghoulish practically makes you unkillable during daylight. All of those regen abilities stack.

Interesting.. so essentially what happens when you have Ghoulish then is that your health bar and radiation bar meet up? Like if you have 20% health and no radiation, and you step into a bunch of radiation, your health AND the red bar would meet up at around 60%? Well i dont no the exact formula but you see what im asking right?

Btw I see what you mean by unkillable, that would be awesome. What im trying to do is make a build that utilizes Hancocks companion perk (honestly because i think Hancock is awesome) and the higher-up endurance perks.

It heals you faster than you accumulate rads, but yeah you still accumulate rads at the normal rate
