Some wiki article states that i can find a hazmat suit in memory den, but i cant see anything there, any suggestions? im level 19

Fallons Basemant in Diamond City sells them.

But does it appear in memory den or is it wrong info?

Fallions basemant and I also found one in Cambridge Poly Labs

Hugos Hole, Mass Fusion Building, and Knickknacks to name a few.

There are four of them in Marowski's chem lab, and you can buy them in Fallon's Basemant in Diamond City. There's also one in the Yangtze, if you've stumbled across that fairly well hidden location. There are several other ones too.

You can also pick up two during the first quest for the railroad faction (or if you know the unmarked entrance point and have master hacking you can enter the place on ya own)

Deacon's first quest for the railroad near the end and in the polimer building alittle bit west of the CIT building on a bunch of shelvs.(can also get awesome power armor chest there)
