I was playing my 3rd character and noticed that my power armor would reset like if i found it in the wasteland even if it was fully modified ex. the one you get in Concord would change back to its damaged found form and a t51b that had both legs and a chest would change into a t45 with an arm and a helmet, on other note I find that my character cant sprint around the sanctuary workshop area( your house, the workshop house and the 2 houses to the left if standing in your houses doorway. How did i mess up my game?
