Ever since taking rank 5 in big league my displayed damage has gone back to rank 0. I've looked around and there seems to be some disagreement on whether taking big league rank 5 simply bugs your pipboys damage display or whether it actually affects your damage.

My own testing is fairly limited and too time consuming to get accurate results on PS4. Seems...sporadic. Sometimes I feel like I hit hard and other times it doesn't.

There a consensus? Been through three forums that seem to have mixed results.
