Concrete foundation blocks that don't have wooden floors on top, but instead can be placed under the prefabs.

A pillar so we can create the most fantastically impossible structures, and then add a pillar here and there to satisfy OCD.

Specialty vendors that sell larger consignments of particular materials. I have 24,000 bottlecaps, but have to buy wood in pathetic little dribs and drabs.

The option to turn snapping on and off.

Proper interior walls and an interior wall with a door.

A way to keep settlers and their pets out of my house. There's not a day goes by that I don't have a brahmin stuck in my front door.

I want more objects, and I want something like quality levels for objects - BUT I don't want them to get easy. ( better objects -> more expensive and have to be unlocked first by perks or magazines or whatever )

Basically the Settlements Expanded mod. Would love to see it in the vanilla game.

YES

-Roll up garage doors

-Remote-operated security doors

-Sandbags & other barricades

-Interior walls & doorways

-Wall segments with windows & shutters

-Bunk beds

-Concrete walls & floors

-Non-electric light sources (i.e. torches, lanterns, gas lights)

Also better AI pathfinding is needed, and patch the bug that sees placed objects falling through tables & floors.

YES to all of this and.........

* More electrical lighting options

* Worklights that don't require power (but still need a hookup to keep it real looking)

* More guard post

* Railings for the stairs themselves

* Different types of spotlights (instead of just the normal tri-pod ones)

* Individual Support pillars to place under overhanging parts of buildings you create. (not just that wood platform)

* Concrete slab floors (Just like the wooden floors but looks much more practical in metal warehouse structures you build)

* How about actual industrial type wells with a water purifier? (Instead of only having ones that need above ground water)

* Ability to tap into already available power line polls? (To help clean up power grids and save some resources)

* How about a trade/provisioner warehouse with a terminal to manage supply lines in each settlement that also tracks incoming and outgoing inventory?

I want a lot more, I want to remove the weeds & have more control over building structures. So much gets in the way that I can't do anything about & it takes up valuable space that I could be utilizing for my settlements. This should be a focus on DLC. Also it would be cool if we could repair structures, so many holes in the walls & roofs of pre-existing structures, like at Croup Manor for example. Speaking of which, the feral ghouls which I killed claiming Croup Manor never go away, they just return in the same positions where they died! Too annoying for words. time & time again i remove their dead corpses but their corpses just keep coming back! Sort it out Bethy, my sanity depends on it!

Yes but my guess is Bethesda will not need to do anything for this. Modders are going to be all over it. Folks will be building skyscraqers with working elevators, bowling alleys, and any number of things. I think modders will covert this settlement system into a simcity experience.

Sinks, Kitchen Counters, Upright Showers

Elevators (have to build on top of each other at the least)

Shack Garage Doors (metal and wood)

Chrismas lights (String them like wires or place them on existing wires) as a new lighting option

Cars (as decoration at least)

healthy trees (decoration)

Desk Lamps and standard terminals (copy a holotape to the terminals)
