I play on PS4 and recently started a new game. Seem to be leveling a lot slower and haven't seen any legendary mobs and I'm level nine. In my first play through when the game first came out, I was seeing legendary mobs quite often and I was playing on normal. Now I'm not seeing any so wondering if there was an exp decrease especially when crafting and a legendary mob spawn rate reduction. I'm playing on normal in this game too so I'm not sure. Thanks

My luck was 6 in both games in the first game int. was 2 but in this its 6 (along with luck)
