Items that are able to be scrapped elsewhere, either at other settlements or at other locations within the same settlement cannot be scrapped, even though they are well within the build zone

Such as
Car and Trees near caravan camp fire at Graygarden
Ruined Buildings at Ten Pines, Coastal Cottage and County Crossing
Trees and Sofa at Coastal Cottage
Trees at Sanctuary

There are more but I will need to check tonight exactly what and where


In addition it would be helpful if

a) I can scrap items like existing ceiling fans (Taffington Boathouse) , Shipping Containers (Coastal Cottage), Bathroom stalls (The Slog), Light fittings (Sanctuary and Croup Manor)

b ) Move the used planters at Gray Garden and Greentop Greenhouses

c) Scrap the unused planters at those locations
d) Build new planters
e) Scrap existing shacks at locations like Tenpines, County Crossing and Hangman's
