So I recently received another kidnapping quest from Preston.

This one is Kidnapping at sanctuary hills, and it tells me to speak to a person at sanctuary hills about the victim.

Funny thing, it places a marker at a red rocket station south of the corvega plant. And when I get there the marker is over the body of a dead ghoul settler who has been there since I first went by the area and watched her get wrecked by a deathclaw.

Seeing as I can't do anything with this individual this quest is bugged...

I'm open to any advice, console commands won't work as I'm on Xbox.
