All of a sudden, I can no longer aim and my crosshairs seems to be off center. When I zoom, although it appears that I am centered, the bullet is still firing off center. The only way I can be totally accurate is by going into V.A.T.S. This pretty much renders most of the gameplay useless. Has anyone else experienced this or have a fix for this? I saved, reopened the game and the issue is persisting.

Did you save then reload that same save? Try an earlier save see if it helps..

Have you tried turning it off & back on again?

This is a new one on me. As the aforementioned post stated, have you tried resetting it? Usually helps.
