Markfordelete companions by mistake (help) : Fallout 4

This is stupid. Like literally.

Let me put this out here.

I needed some things to be removed and as usual Paladin decided to keep running and I Markfordelete items and I am guessing he is gone.

I have his quest Lost Petrol and when I mark it, it mark it to the location and he is invisible.

Cait's gone too. Idk how, where, why. I cant find that ***!

Any solutions? I dont feel like doing this stuff and all over again.

Well any object you remove you can also add via console if you know its ID, though honestly it semms to me you are excesivly playing with use of console commands which is known to cause save file coruptions in the long run(especialy if you use it a lot, its meant to be used for debugging and testing stuff out not for prolonged playtime save game modifications)
