I am having an odd issue when sometimes selling items to vendors, both settlement vendors and non-settlement vendors. I can buy from them and it takes my caps no problem, but sometimes I try to sell them it will give them the item but I only receive half the caps that I should on completion, and often, no caps at all. Anyone else notice this?
