I am getting 60 fps in the Commonwealth, and all other sub-locations, except the institute location where fps drops significantly, and averages at 27fps, but often drops to <15. In the Commonwealth I do not notice any fps drops whatsoever.

Anyone knows how to fix this, and how to tune the game's settings so that the institute location wouldn't look like it's just too futuristic for the computers from two centuries ago?
