Most if not all of the Level 4 merchants are broken. I can't tell if its The Castle or what but its not cool. I can't figure out at what point it broke I'v tried going back to old saves still nothing is working. I feel like now I'm screwed.

I think it all started with Trader Rylee. I got her to The Castle then one day she up and vanished like a fart in the wind. I thought nothing of it cause a lot of people said she's glitched plus she didn't really sell anything I wanted.

I should have known that something was up when I got Ann Hargraves. With her there was a bug where she wouldn't want to go any of my settlements "I'm confused" or "what the hell are you talking about" something like that. I even had 3 empty lvl 3 trading booth. After pestering her to go to either Sanctuary Hills or The Castle I gave up. Then I saw her walking around Sanctuary Hills and made her go to the The Castle.

Around this time my population was hitting 21 so I had to start moving people out. Things stared getting really creepy. One random settler looked like a Alien that freaked me out and when I talked to them I kept asking them to get out of my power armor, so i know what that was about. To top it all off Maccready somehow was stuck in a jumping pose or something like that and the settler couldn't get out of the power armor. So I went back a few saves and thought everything was okay.

So I stared hunting for the rest of the traders by fast traveling back and forth Westing Estate and Mass Fusion Containment Shed both have a fire pit for random encounters. The first trader I saw was Trader Rylee *face palm* I had her go back to the The Castle and the same thing happens she works for one day the says F this place I'm going home. Hell I even tried fencing her in. It did not work.

Next one was Doc Anderson she said fine about going to The Castle but never showed up. Here is where I got fed up I used console commands to see where the hell she went and I ended up back at the camp site just out of Mass Fusion Containment Shed But no one was there.

So I said to hell with it and kept going. The last one I saw before I gave up and came here to piss and complain was Ron Staples. Who like Ann Hargraves refused to come to any of my settlements but unlike Ann Hargraves he never showed up to any of them.

The only trader I can say for sure is not bugged (I think) is the Vault-Tec rep. The Beta "patch" dose not help with any of this.

Same here, Vault-Tec is the only one who worked for me. The others just disappeared into the holding cell, to never emerge again. Except for the bartender, he does not work at all and doesn't even offer me the "hire" dialogue options.

Edit: Trader Rylee seems special. I used the console to help her reach one of my settlements, and could assign her without problems. The next time I visited the settlement, she had disappeared into a holding cell I had never seen before. She was all by herself, with only a milk vending machine to keep her company. Once I summoned her back to the settlement with the console, she resumed her job as if nothing happened.
