I have the bug in two files where the game crashes to the PS UI. It happened on my 50 hour file by Jack Cabot's house near Monsignor Plaza. It happened on a 5 hour second character behind Sanctuary Hills. Two of my friends have each played over 70 hours and have not had this bug anywhere at all.

What are the chances it is just the disc? I think my wife is getting me another copy of Fallout 4 after she heard me talking about all of this with my friends.

I think this is the same crash that's happening to PC (ie. Steam) and XBox users too, so I highly doubt it.
