All of the sudden I can't save anymore quicksave regular save I've deleted some old saves to see if it would fix it but it didn't. Need Help Quickly I don't want to die and go back 5 hours of gaming

Yeah I am having a similar problem. I can quick save, and when I die the game respects the last quick save. However when I try and make a save file, it does not save. I am afraid that in the future when it doesn't respect my quick save, will be sol. I hope the next update is soon, and that it fixes this problem, for having to start over after 20+ hours of playing will be very inconvenient.
