I think this one happens since the first (offical) version:

If you build another Power Armor station in another settlement, the original Power Armor Station does not work anymore.

Steps:

- Place a Power Armor into the Power Armor Station of Sanctuary Hills

- Build a Power Armor station in Starlight Drive In

- Use the Power Armor station in Starlight Drive In with another Power Armor frame

- Use the Power Armor station in Sanctuary Hills with the original Power Armor.

You are then shortly stuck in some kind of waiting loop (about 10s) and then the action is aborted.
