On the BRINK official site you can see the ARCHETYPES which they describe as "appearance presets that can act as a base from which to customize your character. Each faction has a distinct group of Archetype styles to build upon or comine with your other unlocked gear." There are some cool designs and I just wanted to know which ones you guys liked the most and what you plan on adding or taking away. My personal favorite is THE BUG for the Security group. He looks as if he's ready to do some major ENGINEERING :whistling:
Well, the last thread about archetypes dated from somewhere end september. I guess it will depend on the mods wether we can start the discussion over again or if we have to continue in the other topic.
The reason I see to use the other thread, is this:
BRINK allows you character customisation. You don't pick one of the mentioned archetypes for your look, but you can use every part of clothing and combine them by your own liking and even colour them differently from the archetype's basic colouring. For some items a different colouring even means a very different style overall. So talking about the fashion in BRINK in general makes more sense. Even though there are always people who go with the "I will play The Anger"-mentality.

Right. That's why I mentioned what you would add or remove. It can be in terms of color, clothing, tattoos/paint, etc.
I'm going to combine everything as randomly as possible, and be super unstylish.
That works too. “Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine and at last you create what you will.” - George Bernard Shaw
