I actually want to go to some of the lesser east coast cities like Baltimore and Philadelphia . Leave huge cities like NYC for their own game or better yet buried under radioactive rubble.

Cape Cod/Martha's Vineyard area with a side quest (or part of the main quest) where you have to dive to several shipwrecks all the while having to evade mutant seals and Ghoul Great Whites!!!

I think that DLC would pass with flying carpets.
