The Charles View Amphitheater has rather constant raider spawns even though it's an area that says it's cleared. I have a feeling these raiders are supposed to be spawning down the street at the raider bridge encampment. I could be wrong but I've yet to see any raiders respawn at that bridge even though it'd be a much more ideal spot for raiding than sitting at an abandoned amphitheater.
