When I did the Side quest The Secret Vault, I ended up Dismissing Cait to one of my settlements... When I went to go and get her back for a companion she was nowhere to be found... I checked all my settlements, I even went back to the Combat zone but she wasn't there either. She seems to have disappeared altogether. I gave her the Grognak costume and some other stuff to carry so I lost all those items.... I've progressed about 5 levels now so there's no sense in going back. Does anyone know why this happened?
