In the quest mass Fusion I acquired the key and ID to get down the elevator but apparently you're supposed to read something first? I got all the way to the bottom of the building but when I try to get back in the elevator to get to the top, I get glitched out every time. I tried going back to the institute, restarting the game, fast traveling, nothing seems to work. I cannot get to the top of the Mass Fusion building again. My last save was about three hours before...
