Will places further to the east get the game earlier?

About 1 month, 1 week and 1 day left for release. And there will be a vault 111, hmm...

Do you think that places further east will get the game earlier, since kinda they arrive at the date before people living west?

There is such thing as time zones, y'know? They do not make exceptions for anyone living in different parts of the world.

Depends on if you get it from places like Steam or from a store. I have played plenty of games the day before the release at 10 PM because the game was officially released at midnight. So chances are that I will be playing Fallout 4 on November 9 at 10 PM if I buy it at Steam.

depends, do you plan to buy it on console at an actual shop, or grab it through steam..

last i checked, games in the EU still go on sale on fridays, but in NA they are released the Tuesday beforehand..

The countdown often changes the day of release. With most games, they adjust it to reflect the proper release time just a few hours prior to midnight.

I believe it will be a simultaneous worldwide release at 12:01 am November 10th based on the Eastern time zone (where Bethesda is located).

I'm pretty sure that's how they released Skyrim.

I second that, since this is a single player game there seems little reason to stagger the release.

As Im in Australia, I will technically get my Pipboy edition 12 hours before the first Americans. In that 12 hours Ill play that game so hard, all the time smiling to myself that Ill be playing it for 12 hours before Americans do.

Wasn't it the case with Skyrim that a fair few console players got to play the game weeks before everyone else? A lot of small retailers don't give a damn and will sell games once they've got them in stock.
