I found one in Diamond City however he won't help me. He takes my caps and says "sit in the chair" but the chair is not selectable to sit on. He is also not the original doc. That doc had something come up during a missing persons quest from Nick Valentine.

So I wonder if the chair is glitched. however where are there other surgeons at? I'd like to visit another and see what happens.

After Crocker dies, Sun is the man. The chair glitched for me too but was selectable after a second try.
There are no other face changers.

guess I'll keep checking to see if the chair works.
