PC. Gonna mainly play it on my desktop but I'll have it on my gaming laptop too for those long breaks between classes at school. Or when I'm too lazy to get out of bed.

better get a move on, bud. I got my new PC in March. I had feeling FO 4 be coming this year. Also playing it on PS 4.
Pc FTW!!! Not really consoles are good in their own right.... like no need to fiddle with settings to get your game running good no upgrades just throw that old obsolete peice of junk in the trash and buy a new one for $400.. So simple!
Xbox for now, PC once I get my SSD unbricked. Gotta love it when Microsoft's updates don't install correctly and your boot sector gets fried.
I will be playing on the PC I built 3 years ago. Haven't done any upgrade except adding a second SSD nearly a year ago. It's still a beast and I hope I can do 60 fps at med-high settings.
I5-3570k OC to 4.4 GHz, 8 GB RAM, GTX 680 4GB, Intel and Samsung SSD.
Xbox. No upgrades needed. Sole financial outlay to play Fallout 4: $60.
PC. You don't play a Beth game on consoles, lulz!
Yep, I'll start with the ps4 version (which will keep me from cheating or modding.. I have no self control.) And then once I've played the game a few times, know what I'd like to mod, I'll grab the pc version and cheat and mod to my hearts content.
pc all the way. why? mods. after all is said and done in the vanilla game. we pc users can create mods. from hair pieces, to bodies, to clothing, weapons, houses, to our own quests and dungeons. adding many many hours of fun beyond the normal game play.
