did anybody see the floating settlement do you think this is going to be on the part of the map thats mostly water or do you think the the instatute is under the water hidden

Yeah. I figured the map was so covered with water because there's actually a settlement on the water, sort of like in Brink.

yes thats the one why put so much water why not go in land a little more and just have a little bit of water on the edge of map

Water will apparently play a bigger part in fallout 4 since theres a perk that lets you breathe underwater and at rank 2 be completely undetectable underwater.

he means floating.. as in on the water.. im 99.9% sure.. the only flying thing in the game ive seen is the brotherhoods ship and the vertibirds.
