My PS4 has November 8, 2015 listed as the day preloading comes available.

It could depend on where you live. It's 32 GB and start on the 8 h according to PSN

I am in Spain, so I suppose it's a little bigger the file due the Spanish dialogue. It's sad that I can't change the language pre order because I won't play with Spanish voices actors are pathetic, like wow so terrible ... Thankfully, I could change language in game but I would download dead gb. And here Internet is crap. And about day of download friends read 8 others nine sadly, mine it's a 9 ps4.... GIMME THE DAMN DOWNLOAD I been waiting since 2009 for this.

Ok... a day or 2 before*

This is assuming you don't live on the east coast and it unlocks sooner for you. If it's the 8th the download will probably start late.
