I just wanted to let you all know on behalf of http://vault111.com that the site is back up, and the new look is awesome!!!

The site is still being updated, and you are currently unable to save your character build. But regardless, this is far and away the best looking Fallout 4 companion site on the web, and with a load of new features due to be added, this is something we can all make use of to help us decide our initial stats, and to assist us as we explore the wastes.

Normally I don't go into a game with a planned build but I decided I would give it a try this time around. This really helped me to visualise my characters.

Plus, It gives me something to do whilst I wait for Fallout 4 to unlock. I figured I might as well choose my character stats now whilst I wait, rather then cutting into my play time later. Also, I now have a variety of play styles ready to go.

I've just been notified that the chart is now finished! All ranks are as per 100% confirmed info, and it all works fine. The next step will be to reinstate the save feature, but in the meantime, feel free to design your characters!!!

Works fine for me, you may just need to reload the site a couple of times due to heavy traffic

They don't have a strong server load capability, as gkk says just reload until it works.
