If you bought New Vegas on Credit card...

I know what I'm going to do, dispute the charges, and make this Gamestop's problem also...
I would consider this fraud, I paid for a game, not a headache.

yes I'm going to be posting a lot and complaining.

Sorry, not going to work. Besides being dishonest, why would you make it Gamestop's problem? They are just a retailer.

Agreed. Gamestop is just a friendly retailer. Though I will go so far as to say they are also part of the misinformation/promotion monster with Game Informer (read it every month but they along with other publications are giving this game passing marks overlooking the significance of these issues.

Keep the pressure on Bethesda. They had the option to postpone the game.

It was a joke about it being Gamestop's problem. It's hardly dishonest, just being a jerk. I can be honest and admit that. But lack of reply in any shape or form means, at least for me, you can be passive, but I'll be active. My point also alludes to if Gamestop asks why I would do that, I will tell them, and before they ask I will tell them. Hitting someone in the pocket book like this actually helps. BTW I did something along these lines before with Gamestop in regards to the game Damnation and guess what they were awesome and took my used game back new, and sent it in defect, granted it was a one time thing I'm sure and Gamestop didn't do it with anyone else.
and being just a retailer, that is crap, they are the public face of gaming companies, so is Wal-Mart etc. In my old retail jobs I had to be (I as in my company that is) were the public face for product lines that we were invested in or owned and if someone had a problem with ANY product I carried it was my problem, therefore, that is why it is Gamestop's problem also. They as a retailer should be aware of what they carry.
I am currently emailing the BBB about this as well. Honestly what I'm doing now I don't care how anyone views it. I'm the customer how I choose to go about things is my business, and I'm making suggestions as to how others can do the same and get satisfaction. I'm not getting satisfaction from a product so as a result I'm going to entertain myself with rants for now.

Legally, as the retailer Gamestop is responsible for giving a refund as they sold what could be considered "defective" merchandise. It would then be up to Gamestop to seek redress from Bethesda as they are the publisher. Obsidian is off the hook unless Bethesda wishes to go after them.

apparently you dont remember how buggy fo3 was when it first came out, like getting stuck in random rocks, or in the pitt and collecting steel ingots and randomly falling through a ceiling, its a game, its not real life, so its no big deal....chillax

Except that there are people like me that have played the game nearly 60 hours and haven't had any game breaking bugs. So all they have to do is point to that and say "Maybe it's your hardware?". Not that it is, but that's all they have to claim.

Hey troll, go find another bridge to crawl under. Or better yet, since you're such a genius, how are you supposed to avoid random system crashes? Completely broken quests? Take your own advice and gtfo.

Why would someone be on a forum of this forum telling people to shut up about complaining? I'm confused? I thought the purpsose of this was to give feedback and share response so everyone was in the know. I am not having little bugs. My game LITERALLY wont play at the moment. That's not a little bug like FO3. The game is crashing my xbox minutes after resuming. I'm not here to argue with defensive shut ins. I came here to look for remedies so I can resume playing the game that svcked 68 hours out of me this week and then imploded. Anyone who defends this product should walk outside, crumple up $100 and throw it to the wind.
I just want to play the damn game!
