So I cant get the quest to start at all. I never completed Outside the Wire and now im at Spoils of War and Ingrams gone to Mass Fusion so I cant complete Liberty Reprimed and Maxonas well as Kells refuse to speak to me. Anyone know a way around this?

At this point you can only do Blind Betrayal by finishing the BoS main questline.

Is blind betrayal directly tied to Danse's affinity? Seems like he Deacon and X6 wont go full affinity with me and ive tried everything. And I really wanted to keep him and go institute. Curse you bethesda!!!

You need to finish Blind Betrayal first since the conversation is directly related to the quest itself.

Ahh crap will X6 and Deacon go full affinity outside the mainquest? I just want the perks really. If I have to off the institute ehh i always loved BOS but right now theyre dictatorship and was hoping to go science

Both X6 and Deacon have no companion quest, so they can reach maximum affinity just by doing stuffs they like.
