Im not sure when it started but every time i go back to Sanctuary i get some provisioner or settler saying their friend or sister have been kidnapped. ive so far chose the 550 caps answer as its instant and i dont wanna do some stupid quest to find some nameless NPC again. but it happens literally EVERY TIME i get back. its reaaaallly annoying.
